Privacy Policy

Quarry is a digital studio based in Austin, Texas, reachable at hello@quarry.studio and through our contact page. “We,” “us,” and “Quarry” in this policy refer to the studio.

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us. When you book a discovery call, email us, or engage our services, we receive your name, email address, and any project details you share.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we log anonymized traffic data — page views, referrers, device type, approximate country. We do not track individuals across sites.

• To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
• To deliver work we've been engaged for.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share inquiry details with third parties except as needed to deliver a project you've engaged us for.

The site runs on Vercel, uses Cal.com for scheduling, and Plausible for cookieless analytics. Each provider has its own privacy policy covering data it processes on our behalf.

We do not set tracking cookies. Plausible is cookieless by design. Cal.com may set session cookies when you interact with the booking widget; these are limited to the scheduling flow.

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as we have an active or recent engagement with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for tax and record-keeping. Anonymized analytics are retained per Plausible's defaults.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@quarry.studio. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy as the site and services evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
